Connection Issues
Cannot find BMS in device list
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Check the BMS is powered on
- Move closer to the BMS (within 10 metres)
- Try restarting Bluetooth on your phone
- Ensure no other device is connected to the BMS
Connection drops frequently
- Move closer to the BMS
- Check for interference from other Bluetooth devices
- Ensure the BMS battery has sufficient charge
- Try restarting both the app and the BMS
"Location permission required" message
- Android requires location permission for Bluetooth scanning
- Grant location permission in app settings
- The app does not track your location
Data Issues
Values not updating
- Check connection status (green dot should be pulsing)
- Tap Read All Parameters to force a refresh
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Incorrect temperature readings
- Check connection status (green dot should be pulsing)

Cell voltages show as zero

Write Failures

- Ensure you have a valid over-ride token
Changes not saved

- Check the BMS is not in a protection state
App Issues
App crashes on startup
- Clear app cache in Android settings
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Ensure you have the latest version
Buttons not responding
- Wait for any pending operations to complete
- Try rotating your device
- Restart the app
